I have lost many dear people to cancer and I wish to acknowledge the way in which they have inspired me by giving back in their honor.
In December 2006, Sharla donated 100% of her proceeds ( $1200 ) from The C Word to a national cancer society in honor of her grandmother and friends who lost their battle against the devastating disease.
Sharla continues to donate her art to fundraising auctions as well as contributing to other meaningful charities in need throughout the bay area and beyond.
May I inspire you to do something good that will make you feel good.
